Report on the revised timetable for consideration of the Housing
(Wales) Bill
1. On 12 November 2013, the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 26.7, a deadline of 21 March 2014 for the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee to consider and report on the general principles of the Housing (Wales) Bill.
2. The Business Committee also agreed that Stage 2 proceedings should be completed by 23 May 2014, subject to the general principles of the Bill being agreed by the Assembly.
3. On 20 May 2014, the Business Committee agreed to amend the deadline for the completion of Stage 2 proceedings to 6 June 2014, in accordance with Standing Order 26.8, to allow more time to consider all the amendments.
